Where We Ship

All YINN orders are shipped from Guangzhou, China.

We currently ship internationally to the destinations available at checkout.

Shipping Rates

Standard shipping is US$9.90 for all destinations we currently serve.

Orders of US$69 or more qualify for free standard shipping.

Estimated Delivery

Estimated delivery is 8–15 business days after dispatch. Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs processing, weather, local holidays or carrier delays.

Order and Address Changes

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change your delivery address. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has been dispatched.

Tracking

When tracking is available for your shipment, tracking details will be sent to the email address used for the order.

Delivery Issues
