We ship internationally to the destinations currently available at checkout. Enter your shipping address at checkout to confirm whether delivery is available to your location.

Standard international shipping is US$9.90.

Orders of US$69 or more qualify for free standard shipping.

Estimated delivery is usually 8–15 business days after dispatch.

Yes. When tracking is available for your shipment, the tracking details will be sent to the email address used for your order.

He Xiang (合香) is the Chinese tradition of blended incense.

Rather than relying on a single aromatic material, different woods, herbs, flowers, resins, and other aromatic materials are prepared and combined into a balanced formula.

The character of a finished incense comes not only from its ingredients, but also from how those materials are processed, blended, made, and rested.

Paozhi (炮制) means preparing an aromatic material before it enters an incense formula.

Depending on the material, this may involve washing, soaking, steaming, heating, drying, or other methods.

The purpose is not simply to clean the material. Paozhi can change its aroma, reduce unwanted characteristics, and bring it into a state better suited to the formula.

Yes. We work with natural aromatic materials such as woods, herbs, flowers, and resins, using traditional Chinese incense-making methods.

We do not build our incense around synthetic fragrance oils.

Most of our standard incense sticks burn for approximately 50 minutes.

Because they are handmade, slight differences in burn time can occur depending on the incense, airflow, humidity, and individual stick.
